Senior Financial Analyst

The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will work with financial institutions, corporations, insurance companies, and individuals to review asset positioning and performance, undertaking various financial advisory reports and business plans primarily focused on real estate projects, including individual assets and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various investment opportunities.
  • Investigate and analyse market data to determine/verify a project’s economics and assumptions used in various models.
  • Underwriting and due diligence of specific real estate investments or portfolios.
  • Create DCF financial models for underwriting or to evaluate prospective real estate investments opportunities across various markets.
  • Writing of business plans and reports analysing various scenarios/options to maximize asset performance/returns.
  • Coordinate/project managing the implementation of various Business Plans.
  • Prepares and delivers presentation to clients and investors.
  • Assists with and carries our business development to generate awareness about the company and new business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in finance or in valuation/ underwriting.
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Data Analytics related fields.
  • Financial modelling skills intermediary to advanced level.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, ability to aggregate, harmonize and rationalize various data sources.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Well organised and able to multi-task across multiple assignments, prioritise workloads and work under time pressure.
  • Strong communication, analytical and data organisation/interpretation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of Greek an advantage.
