Collaboration between Ask Wire and G&P Lazarou for an Automated Property Marketability Reporting System through the RED Platform

Ask Wire, in collaboration with G&P Lazarou, has successfully completed INNOVOUCHERS/0725/0044, an Innovation Project under the Research and Innovation Foundation’s RESTART 2016-2020 Programs for Research, Technological Development and Innovation. The project was implemented with the support of the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF), within the framework of the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility.

The Need

G&P Lazarou identified the need to embed smart city and spatial intelligence into its property advisory services. Existing reporting relied on manually compiled, fragmented data sources with limited integration of zoning, accessibility, and amenity context.

The objective was to modernise reporting through an integrated, technology-driven workflow.

The Solution

Ask Wire configured within RED a dedicated Smart City Property Insights workflow, enabling:

  • Integration of €/sqm benchmarks, zoning and planning parameters, transport accessibility, amenity density, and nearby comparables
  • User-adjustable comparables and weighting
  • Automated generation of editable branded reports (PDF/Word)
  • Pilot validation on 50 properties
  • Staff training and full technical methodology documentation

The project delivered a fully operational Smart City Property Insights workflow integrating urban and market intelligence into everyday advisory practice.
