The role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure brand consistency across corporate presence and communications.
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing and display advertising.

Real Estate Senior Analyst

The role

The Real Estate Senior Analyst will work with financial institutions, corporations and insurance companies individuals to review asset positioning and performance, undertaking various real estate advisory reports and business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform market research on supply/demand fundamentals, sales and rent comparables, yields, other real estate related data.
  • Valuation and excel modelling of investment opportunities.
  • Investigate and analyse market data to determine/verify a project’s economics and to verify assumptions used in models.
  • Underwriting/valuations and due diligence of specific investments or RE portfolios.
  • Create DCF financial and RE models for underwriting/valuations or to evaluate prospective real estate investments and opportunities across real estate sectors.
  • Writing of Business Plans reports analysing various scenarios/options to maximize asset performance/returns.
  • Coordinate/project managing the implementation of various Business Plans. 
  • Understands and is kept updated on changes to the legal framework and regulations including inter-alia town planning regulations, tenancy laws, etc.
  • Prepares and delivers presentation to clients and investors.
  • Assists with and carries our business development to generate awareness about the company and new business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in real estate market research, valuation/underwriting and modelling.
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Data Analytics related fields.
  • Valuation memberships of the Scientific Technical Chamber Cyprus (ETEK) and RICS would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, ability to aggregate, harmonize and rationalize various data sources.
  • Financial Modelling skills intermediary to advanced level.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Well organised and able to multi-task across multiple assignments, prioritise workloads and work under time pressure.

The role

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for leading data analysis projects and presenting data-driven insights to private equity funds, financial institutions, corporations and high net-worth individuals, in order to improve/ create innovative products and services. Furthermore, the Senior Data Analyst will identify, collect, analyse, interpret data, and present it in a clear and compelling manner. The candidate needs to be able to perform complex tasks independently and provide guidance and support to more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the collection, transformation, and integration of large, complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for key stakeholders. 
  • Design and develop advanced data visualisations, dashboards, and reports using Google’s Looker platform and other BI tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases. 
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and support cross-functional teams with actionable insights, driving data-driven decision-making across departments. 
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and optimise ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, performance, and security. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the implementation of new data technologies.
Qualifications
  • BSc/MSc in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • 3+ years ‘experience in data extraction, transformation, analysis, and integration, with a strong focus on designing and managing complex data workflows.

  • Creates data visualizations and reports using Google’s Looker Platform. 
  • Development and maintenance of data models and databases. 
  • Conducts ad-hoc analyses and generates reports as needed by the team. 
  • Participates in teams that undertake specific projects and/or clients.
Qualifications
  • BSC or Msc in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in domains of data extraction, processing, and analysis. 
  • Proficient in compelling data visualisations and interactive dashboards for business intelligence purposes, demonstrating proficiency in utilising leading data visualisation tools.
