With more than 20 years of experience across Europe, Pavlos has built and led some of the most significant real estate platforms in Cyprus and Greece.

He was Head of Real Estate at Gordian Holdings and previously established and led the real estate management unit (REMU) at Bank of Cyprus. His teams have repositioned over €2 billion in assets and executed more than €1.3 billion in sales, including the creation and monetization of Cyprus’ first listed real estate Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). As an equity partner at Resolute Asset Management, he oversaw high-impact mandates across Southeast Europe.
Pavlos began his career in London at CBRE and AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, before launching real estate operations in Romania and Cyprus. He holds a BSc from the University of Reading and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. He is a member of RICS, ETEK, and CySEC, and is the Past President of RICS Cyprus. Pavlos combines deep industry knowledge with a vision for data-driven transformation in real estate.
