At Ask Wire, she advises on business development, strategic partnerships, and sales expansion, helping to align the company’s cutting-edge real estate data solutions with market needs in Cyprus and Greece.

Andreea has held senior roles at leading firms including Resolute Asset Management, Argo Capital Management, and Cushman & Wakefield. Her expertise spans high-value portfolio management, leasing strategy for major shopping centres, and asset repositioning for institutional investors and developers. She has worked across multiple markets—Romania, Cyprus, and Greece—negotiating with international retailers and managing large commercial leasing operations.
In addition to her real estate background, Andreea founded and led a successful e-commerce business, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, digital operations, and customer engagement. This combination of institutional and entrepreneurial perspective allows her to bring both strategic oversight and operational insight to Ask Wire’s board.
She holds a Master’s in Real Estate Valuation and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Fluent in Romanian, English, Greek, and Spanish, Andreea strengthens Ask Wire’s market insight, deal execution, and regional growth strategy.
