Completion of the Project: INNOVOUCHERS /0725/0047 under RESTART 2016-2020

Ask Wire Ltd has successfully completed, in collaboration with RE/MAX Cyprus, the project INNOVOUCHERS/0725/0047, implemented under the RESTART 2016–2020 programmes of the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) and co-funded by the European Union’s Recovery and Resilience Facility.

The project focused on the development and pilot implementation of an automated system for generating Property Marketability Reports, aiming to transition from fragmented and non-standardized processes to a unified, structured, and data-driven workflow across the franchise network.

The Need

RE/MAX Cyprus sought to standardize and automate the preparation of Property Marketability Reports across its franchise network.

Until now, these reports were largely prepared manually by associates, resulting in variations in methodology, quality, and analytical structure. This limited consistency and constrained the further development of the advisory services framework.

The Solution

Ask Wire Ltd developed a RE/MAX-branded workflow within the RED platform that:

  • Automates the production of editable Property Marketability Reports
  • Integrates €/sq.m. indicators, comparative market data, and planning/zoning information
  • Allows customization of comparables and data weighting
  • Was pilot tested on 50 properties
  • Was accompanied by user training and technical documentation
Results & Impact

For RE/MAX Cyprus:
Creation of standardized Property Marketability Report templates
Improved productivity and operational efficiency
Ability to provide scalable advisory support
Strengthening of the network’s digital maturity

Validation of the system’s functionality in a multi-office franchise environment

Creation of a strong reference case for the real estate market
