Andreas Anastasiades
Head of Real EstateAndreas is a real estate pricing expert, specializing in the underwriting of granular assets and setting up pricing platforms that facilitate the decision-making process for RENPL restructurings and sales.
Real Estate Expertise: Decades in the Making
He worked on establishing the real estate management platforms of Bank of Cyprus (2016 to 2018) and Gordian Holdings (2019 to 2020). During his secondment at Gordian Holdings he headed the foreclosures’ valuation team which managed the pricing process and late-stage monetization process for more than €700m of collateral. Before joining Ask WiRE, Andreas was with Resolute Asset Management, Altamira Cyprus and Antonis Loizou & Associates.
Andreas is a graduate of the City University of New York, Baruch College and the College of Estate Management, UK. He is a member of RICS and ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
